I won't really give even one for their service. Avoid in all cause. I was there to get only prescription because I need to buy glasses online. But man in there tell me his own rule. That it against boots give prescription for buyers buy glasses online. Later I find it out by boots customer service as long as I pay for the service. They have to give prescription. Itz their wish to give PD. But later I went to the appointment after placing a complaint against the store. Then to save him self from trouble he ask me to sign in a long paragraph that mention. Whatever happened is not stores fault it is a misunderstanding between boots customer service. Soo I refuse to sign and he refuse to give me the prescription. So I have to leave from the premises.
